We can provide Architectural Design, General Contracting, Interior Design & Decorating services through a qualified network of subcontractors and our Log and Timber Manufacturer network.
Our select manufacturer partnerships guarantee that we have the perfect log or timber species, size and crafting style to meet your taste and budget.

Since 1988 Mountain Log Homes of Colorado was a Preferred Builder for Pioneer Log Homes of B.C. and Rocky Mountain Log Home in Colorado including Summit & Park Counties. We specialized in Log, Log Accented and Timber Frame Construction for over 30 years as a turn-key General Contractor. Our extensive experience in high alpine construction practices allowed us to tackle ANY style of home including traditional stick-frame, ICF (insulated concrete forms) and SIPS (structurally insulated panels). Brian L. Wray retired from General Contracting in Fall 2020 to focus his energy on Construction Consultation.

We saw a need to coach clients through the process and pitfalls of designing, budgeting and securing a Log or Timber Frame Home package for construction in the Colorado Rockies. We had to turn away construction clients who put deposits on home packages with log or timber suppliers without understanding the full turn-key costs, local building codes that affect design, and designing the home for the topography, views, access and lifestyle. We are putting 40+ years of combined expertise into helping homeowners avoid costly mistakes and partner with the right package manufacturer.
